Jeff is a 3rd generation Fortin at the helm of our company.
After obtaining a business diploma at BCIT and working with an oil company for 2 years, Jeff started with Fortin's in 1979 at the "grass roots" shipping & receiving, counter sales for 18 years before becoming the president of the company in 1997. He currently sits on the MSC board, and is also active in the Chilliwack community as a member of Rotary and having served on the BIA (Business In Action).
Marty VanderWel - General Manager
Marty started with Fortin's in 1997 and has been a fixture on the local automotive scene since High School graduation. Through his experience he has earned the respect of the trade through knowledge and customer service. Marty supports and builds the Fortin’s team while heading the sales and service efforts for the company and was recently given the title of General Manager
Norm Wilson - Machine Shop Manager
Norm began at Fortin's in 1992 as a valuable addition to the machine shop team.
Through continued education, long hours and a natural instinct for precision machining, Norm rapidly grew and now heads up a state-of-the-art operation with a professional team in front of him. Norm has a passion for racing and is crew chief for a team that travels nationally and has recently appeared on Speedvisions "Pinks All Out"
Gord Gelderman - Inventory/Purchasing Mgr
Gord started with us part time, still in his high school years.
His hard work, knack for numbers, and organizational skills made him an ace shipper / receiver.
Gord continued to grow, took his place on the sales counter, and now is in charge of the purchasing and control of thousands of part number!
Mark Redekop - Hardware Manager
Mark is the newest addition to our Fortin’s support team and the manager at our newly renovated Home Hardware in Vedder Crossing. Mark has several years experience in the hardware industry, and loves working on the floor interacting with customers and staff members. In his spare time Mark enjoys the outdoors, practices martial arts, and loves to spend time with his son Chris.
